Tryouts

Twelve tryouts for Youth (12u) and Junior High (14u) teams in Bay Area are held annually during summer and winter months. For up-to-date information on tryout dates, times, and locations, please visit our Tryouts page. Please note player sanctioning ages for the upcoming 2024-2025 season is determined by player age as of January 1, 2025.

Camps and Training

We provide seasonal developmental camps, programs, and strength training for members and non-members at each of our six branch locations. Our coaches and trainers focus specifically on the development of fundamentals, skill, and strength to help maximize players’ potential and prepare their bodies for the demands of high-level performance.
